Great question! Boomstick Glo contains more beeswax to hold its stick shape, while Boomsilk has a creamy, luscious consistency that’s easy to spread across your skin. Boomsilk also contains Vitamin E as an additional natural preservative.

The oil separated on the top of my Boomsilk. Is this normal?

Yes! Boomsilk is made with pure, natural ingredients and no emulsifiers, so the olive oil can separate over time. Just stir the oil back into the cream with a clean finger or utensil to restore its smooth, creamy texture.

Why is my new jar of Boomsilk a different color from the last one?

No worries! Boomsilk’s color can vary due to the natural beeswax from our bee-friendly hives. As bees gather pollen from different flowers throughout the year, the beeswax’s hue changes. This is normal and reflects the product’s authenticity.

How long will my Boomsilk last?

Boomsilk has a shelf life of one year, unopened. Once you open your Boomsilk, it has a PAO (product after opening) of 6 months.

If you forget, just look for an open jar symbol on the packaging. In this case, it will read “6 M.”

Is Boomsilk vegan?

Boomsilk contains bee-produced ingredients so it’s not vegan. We source beeswax and honey from sustainable apiaries that only remove excess the bees don’t need to ensure healthy, thriving hives.
